Nathan Leonard Bruso, Sr., 69, of Montgomery, Texas, entered into rest June 18, 2017. He was born in Mobile, Alabama on January 9, 1948 to parents James and Addie Bruso. Len attended M.B. Smiley High School in Houston, Texas and joined the Merchant Marine at sixteen years old. He enlisted in the United States Army at eighteen years old and served three years, nine months, and fourteen days. He was married to Gail for 47 loving years. Nathan Leonard Bruso, Sr., 69, of Montgomery, Texas, entered into rest June 18, 2017. He was born in Mobile, Alabama on January 9, 1948 to parents James and Addie Bruso. Len attended M.B. Smiley High School in Houston, Texas and joined the Merchant Marine at sixteen years old. He enlisted in the United States Army at eighteen years old and served three years, nine months, and fourteen days. He was married to Gail for 47 loving years. Len had a career in welding as a pipe fitter in the oil and gas industry, and spent many years as a collector of interesting cast off artifacts. He had a passion for fishing but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Len is survived by his beloved wife, Gail Bruso, his children; Nathan Jr, Michael Earl, Jack Hardy, Amanda Gail, and Gary Wayne, grandchildren; Wyatt, Kylee, Emma, Kadence, Gage, Delilah, and Johnny Ray, brother James O. Bruso and wife Jettie, sister Mona Ganey and husband Jim, and many other loving relatives and friends.

Memorial Service will be held Friday, June 23, 2017 at 2:00pm at Tomball Church of God, 23206 Park Road, Tomball, Texas 77377.
